Wireless Rain staff will deliver a broad range of product focused services, précised defined and delivered for the “profiled” client. We offer additional Wireless Managed Services for Channel Partners and clients needing the after-deployment support services.
The Wireless Managed Services offered by Wireless Rain include:

Client Help Desk Support
The Help Desk will provide Tier One and Tier Two telephone support services for wireless PDA’s, SmartPhones, DataCards and the leading cellular phones. These services are offered as an annual per device agreement.

Wireless Billing Management
Wireless Rain will receive authorization for the wireless carrier invoices for the client and review the monthly bills. We will provide our clients with recommendations for any available cost savings solutions found after our analysis. These services are offered under an annual per device agreement  

Remote Server Management
Wireless Rain provides our clients with Help Desk, IT Support and Monitoring administration for RIM BES, Intellisync and Motorola Good Mobile Messaging. These services are available through telephone services Monday through Friday during business hours.
