Provisioning & Activation Services
The first step in our program is with our provisioning and activation services and our clients ability to reply on the best wireless carrier offerings. WR has built an extensive in-house team that can provide complete wireless product provisioning & carrier activation services to both channel partners and enterprise/B2B accounts. After the clients devices have been activated and provisioned, all steps will be handled to ensure they are received activated “out of the box”.
Product Fulfillment & Deployment Services
Wireless Rain carries the necessary inventory to choose from or will order the wireless products for the clients. We can install SIM cards, load any required software applications, asset tag the device and charge the device before re-packaging the devices and shipping them out to the desired locations of the clients. All IMEI’s , SIM numbers and client information as well as shipping and tracking information is provided electronically to our channel partners and clients.
Sales, Product & Services Training
The Wireless Rain organization understands the value and need to provide our channel partners and clients with training. Extensive training programs are available for wireless devices, software applications, and installations. Additionally, WR hosts informational and training webcasts and provides via email a monthly update which keeps Channel Partners and clients informed of the latest products, service offerings, promotions and training guides.
Wireless Software Sales & Installation:
Wireless Rain provides the Channel Partners and clients all the wireless software licenses needed for installation and deployment. Wireless Rain is a authorized reseller for the best in breed wireless software including RIM BlackBerry Enterprise Software, Motorola GoodLink and Microsoft WindowsMobile.
Once your client has chosen the software, WR can deploy a professional installation manager to the facility where the server software is to be housed. An option exists where the client has the expertise that allows the Wireless Rain installation manager to offer telephone installation support services. If training is needed for the wireless software administrators, WR can provide the on-site support services required.
Channel Partners:
Wireless Rain offers Channel Partners the ability to represent our “Line Card” of wireless products, services and programs to your clients. Under this program, Channel Partners will be able to profit on all aspects of the “Life Cycle” plan. WR makes it simple to promote the program and provides help and support in every step of the project.
Wireless Rain offers Channel Partners two programs described below. If you are interested in joining our team, please fill out the Agent Application and submit it to WR for review. WR will respond and provide insight as to the next steps.
Agent:
An Agent is responsible for finding wireless sales opportunities, closing the business and submitting the order to Wireless Rain for processing. The benefit of the Agent program is that all order fulfillment, payment collection, account setup and activations are handled by the Wireless Rain staff, making wireless sales simple for any business. The Agent will be paid a fair commission plan for this program.
Referral:
A Referral Partner is tasked with finding new wireless business opportunities and referring them directly to WR who will be responsible for closing the sale. WR contacts the customer and completes the sale by assessing their wireless needs, helping them choose the appropriate device/rate plan, fulfilling the order, collecting payment, setting up the account and processing the activation. The benefit to the Referral partner will be that they will be paid a commission for sending the leads to WR, but not be responsible for any of the aspects of completing the sale
